國際合作中心主責本院與國外機構共同執行之醫療服務計畫，合作國家有史瓦帝尼、緬甸和多哥，工作內容包括教育訓練、臨床醫療服務、以及社區健康發展等。本中心負責不同國際活動和計畫的行政、準備、以及溝通協調工作，並定期檢視嘉基國際醫療合作工作目標、策略和進展。目前執行中主要任務之一是史瓦帝尼孕產婦及嬰兒保健功能提升計畫。由國際合作中心設計培訓課程，並與婦產科、兒科、護理、行政等各部門協調，確保課程符合計畫要求。每年也派遣工作人員前往史瓦帝尼進行實地評估以及長期駐點，參與培訓項目並對當地合作機構提出改善建議。

International Cooperation Center is responsible for all the administration, communication, preparation and coordination work of different international activities and programs. It also set up the goals, strategies and progress of international medical aid work for CYCH. It represents the hospital for liaison with outside entities for medical aid activities and projects.
One of the main tasks of the center now is to execute the Maternal and Infant Health Care Improvement Project in the Kingdom of Eswatini. The center is in charge of designing the training courses. It coordinates with departments including Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Nursing, and Administration to ensure that the courses comforting to the requirements of the project. Consultants are invited to assist on-site follow-up assessment and join the training programs. Staff have been stationed in the kingdom for months every year to assist clinical service.
