CYCH is engaged in clinical care, medical education, and academic research.
A vice superintendent supervises the Department of Medical Research and Department of Education. Our organization is dedicated in promoting clinical research and academic publications, as well as organizing teaching, training, and related planning and activities. Each year, more than 100 research projects are conducted and over 200 journal articles are published. At the same time, it is a nationally accredited teaching hospital, training medical students, residents, nurses, and various healthcare professionals, and providing opportunities for clinical internships and continuing education.

1. OR: Da Vinci Robotic Surgical Systems, Hybrid OR, Surgical Navigation System.
2. Cardiovasclular Center: 3 Cath rooms, Electrophysiology study & ablation therapy.
3. Radiation Oncology: IVRT & VMAT, Radiofrequency and Thermal ablation therapy
4. Intensive care: ECMOs, Target Temperature Management, Transport Incubators
5. Transplant Center: Kidney and Liver transplants
6. Bariatric Center: Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty and Bariatric surgery.
we have expanded our Quality Management Center to Department of Quality Improvement. Our dedicated quality team implements continuous improvement and accreditation processes. In addition, the hospital has established a comprehensive, digitalized quality management infrastructure, including a hospital-wide indicator management platform, a patient safety reporting system, and a document control system. The Quality and Patient Safety Committee convenes regularly to monitor institutional performance and drive hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.
Fully digital with integrated Hospital Information System(HIS), Nursing Information System(NIS), Electronic Medical Record(EMR), Picture Archiving and Communication System(PACS), and Laboratory Information System(LIS) systems.
